Welcome to our Hushh for mum online store! Hushh for mum provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. Whether you visit or shop within this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms and conditions and all applicable local laws and regulations. Please read them carefully.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By placing an online order, you make an offer to buy goods. Completion of the sale is subject to the availability of stock and confirmation of successful credit card or payment settlement.
  2. When you place an order you will receive an automated email from us which will confirm receipt of your order and will provide you with an order reference number.
  3. Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. However occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock in certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone. We do not charge your credit card for out of stock items.
  4. Your credit card will be charged only when the goods have been packed for shipping.
  5. All prices and transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST) where applicable.
  6. All merchandise sold through Hushh for mum is intended for personal use only. Hushh for mum reserves the right to cancel any orders which appear to be for the purpose of wholesale or resale elsewhere.

Shipping Information

  1. All orders must be fully paid prior to any shipment. Orders will be dispatched in timely manner once payment has been processed and cleared. We have no ability to verify the customer's address and will ship the item to the address provided in the online account.
  2. Hushh for mum will not be responsible for any losses, direct or consequential, resulting from delays in the delivery of goods or the cancellation of orders.
  3. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, public holidays or any other reasons beyond our control.
  4. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period.
  5. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day;
  6. Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packed to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately info@hushhformum.com.au.
  7. All goods are shipped via Australia Post and cost will be calculated by our Australia Post online calculator. Free shipping will apply to orders over $300. All other international orders are shipped via the Express Courier International (ECI) service of Australia Post, and are charged accordingly.
  8. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us. We recommend getting a tracking number or insurance for your Return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
  9. You are responsible for keeping your account details as confidential as possible and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with involvement of a guardian.

Hushh for mum reserves the right to terminate the account, refuse the service, remove, edit or cancel orders at its own discretion.
