Exchanges and Refunds Policy
At Hushh for mum we understand the difficulty in finding the right fit for your growing bump. If you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind you must notify us of your intention to return any item within 7 days of delivery. You can do this by submitting our contact form and selecting Returns/Refunds as the form subject to ensure a speedy refund. We have no problem in offering a refund or exchange as long as the garment/s are returned in as new, unwashed, unworn NO perfume smells or odours condition in original packaging (with tags attached) and within 7 days of delivery (28 days for international customers) The above policy will also apply to faulty items so please check garments carefully on arrival.
There are no refunds for sale items.
We DO NOT accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
All sales or clearance items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
There is no exchange or refund available on Gift Vouchers.
REFUND: We will offer refunds for faulty or damaged goods only; provided. they have not incurred damage through your own fault. You must adhere to all washing, laundering and fabric care instructions. We will not be able to honour a refund if the item has been damaged due to negligence on your part.
EXCHANGE: We will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition with original swing tickets attached for exchange to be implemented.
On receipt of your item we will post you the exchange item. The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs of exchanging items and you may include your own prepaid/express post satchel for return delivery or we can organise this for you via Australia Post.
CANCELLATIONS: As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive an exchange or refund.
We will strive to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible. Our policy for items already used/worn/washed that are reported to be faulty, is to provide you with a replacement or store credit. Faults must be reported within 21 days of invoice date. We will email you a form to fill out that must be returned together with the item for inspection to our warehouse. If approved postage costs incurred will be reimbursed upon finalising a refund or replacement garment, Once we have liaised with and obtained a credit from the respective supplier. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
We are happy to try and source additional sizes from our designers if your size has sold out. If we are able to assist you with your request we ask for a 30% deposit to secure the order and there will be no returns or refunds.
